ADULT BASIC EDUCATION (ABE)

 
  • Improve reading, math and writing skills
  • Work toward achieving individual learning goals
  • Individualized and group instruction with assistance from reading and math tutors
  • Day or evening classes meet twice weekly at locations throughout the county
  • Fee: $25 Per Session plus the cost of the book and GED calculator
  • A 12 week (60 hour) commitment required. Classes meet twice a week for a total of 5 hours per week.

Class Sessions for 2011 -2012

Session 1: September 12, 2011 - December 1, 2011

Session 2: December 5, 2011 - March 8, 2012

Session 3: March 12, 2012 - June 1, 2012

All students must register and take a TABE assessment prior to beginning class.

Registration and assessment are given at the following locations and times beginning August 1st. Call for summer assessment schedule.
