The Accounting Office oversees transactions affecting the Henrico County Public Schools general ledger. Other department responsibilities include:

• Provides guidance in accounting for grants
• Processes bank deposit via Pay-In Vouchers (PIV)
• Generates financial reports required by Department of Education and other agencies
• Prepares financial reports for special projects and Freedom of Information Act requests

 

American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. This Act provides protection from reprisal only to non-federal employees who report gross mismanagement, waste, fraud, abuse, danger or public health or safety, or violation of law, rule, or regulation, connected to the use of ARRA funds. Please complete this form in as much detail as possible and submit via e-mail, fax, or by mail.
