The General Services Office oversees the purchases of goods and services. Other services offered include:
- copier maintenance and lease agreements
- processing of accounts payable
- submits notices of loss claims
- orders and issues textbooks
- repurpose surplus furniture and equipment
- coordinates inventory of equipment items
- oversees the duties of the mail room and print room.
