Fee Dates and Times

Tuesday- August 24th - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.- Senior Fees
Seniors planning to purchase a parking pass - you must have a valid drivers license and vehicle registration on hand to purchase a 2009-2010 parking pass. Parking passes will not be provided to students that do not have both.

Wednesday- August 25th - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.- Junior Fees
Parking passes will not be sold to Juniors. Parking passes that become available will be placed in a lottery for Junior purchase at the end of September.

Thursday- August 26th - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.- Sophomore Fees

Thursday- September 2nd
9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.- Freshman and New Student Orientation
1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. - Freshman and New Student Fee Collection

Fee Notes and Items

If you are a parent of multiple Deep Run Students - you can pay the fees for all your students at one time on one visit during a students' grade level fee dates.

If you are unable to attend the date scheduled for your grade level - fees can be paid during the 1st week of school during extended study. Schedules will not be given out on Fee Days unless Fees are paid.

Summer Community Service

Please remember that ALL community service must be pre-approved in order to receive credit. This includes community service performed over the summer. If you know what volunteering you will be doing prior to summer you should fill out part 1 of the community service form before June 18. If something comes up once school has let out for the summer you will follow the same procedures that are in effect during the school year with the exception that blank forms will be found in the school counseling department and Mrs. McLeod, Mrs. Jameson, or Ms. Zando will provide the pre-approval teacher signature.
