Hermitage students and parents, starting second semester we will be enforcing
a new Tardiness Policy. Starting on 2/2 if a student is tardy or
late to a class the following discipline will follow:
- 1st and 2nd Tardy – Teacher gives student verbal warnings about being punctual
3rd Tardy - Teacher makes parental contact – notifies parent that
any additional tardiness will result in an office referral to the
assistant principal
4th Tardy – Referral to Administrator – Administration will assign
1 SATURDAY ALC
5th Tardy - Referral to Administrator – Administration will assign
2 SATURDAY ALC
6th Tardy – Referral to Administrator – Administration will assign
1 Day’s of ALC
7th Tardy - Referral to Administrator – Administration will assign
2 Day's of ALC
8th Tardy – Referral to Administrator – Administration will assign
3 Day’s of ALC
9th Tardy – Referral to Administrator – Administration will Suspend
student to a hearing with their Assistant Principal
10th Tardy – Referral to Administrator – Administration will Suspend
student to a hearing with Principal
Please be sure to review this new policy and the disciplinary
consequences as they will go in to effect starting second semester
(February 2, 2010).

- Monday- Normal Monday Schedule (All 7 Periods)
- Tuesday- Exams 1 & 2 - Dismiss at 1:00
- Wednesday- Exams 3 & 4
- Dismiss at 1:00
- Thursday- Exams 6 & 7
- Dismiss at 1:00
- Friday- Exam 5 - Dismiss at 10:30

ad for your child, your friend, your organization or yourself! You
can get forms and information from Mrs. Hudak in room 119 or email
her at amhudak@henrico.k12.va.us. The deadline for memory advertisement
purchase has been extended to February 1st. Space is limited. First
come, first served!
