Salary Scale

 

The Henrico County Public Schools salary range for teachers on a regular 10-month,
209-day teaching contract is as follows:

	Teacher Salary Scale
	Bachelor's Degree	From $41,726.70 to $74,979.70
	Master's Degree	From $43,729.69 to $78,578.93

The starting salary placement for new employees is determined by several factors, such as the number of workdays in a teacher's contract, and the number of years of teaching experience. Steps do not correlate to years of experience.
