HCPS to Hold Gifted Identification/Placement Workshops

What: The Gifted Education Specialist for Henrico County Public Schools will present information on the gifted identification/placement process.  Key points discussed will be:

• Screening and referral processes
• Gathering evidence for a student portfolio
• Reviewing the student portfolio
• Communicating the results of the portfolio review

Who: All parents, community members, and teachers are welcome. *

When: September 17- 6:30-7:30 p.m. New Bridge School Auditorium (5915 Nine Mile Road, Henrico, 23223)

September 20- 6:30-7:30 p.m. Pocahontas Middle School Auditorium (12000 Three Chopt Road, Henrico, VA 23233)
