Elementary Education and Organizational Development

Organizational Development, Quality and Innovation encompasses the Departments of Staff Development, Research and Planning, and Instructional Technology.   The combined work of these departments provides the school division with leadership in data-driven planning and decision-making, training and support toward meeting the school division goals outlined in the strategic plan.  Additionally, a focus of the work is ensuring high levels of effectiveness and efficiency across the school division through process and project management.
