Problem with a Process?
What is a Process?
A process is a collection of steps or tasks designed and implemented to achieve a specific result for the customer of the process. The work of Henrico Schools is accomplished through thousands of processes. Examples of a few processes typically encountered by our stakeholders include:
- distribution of laptops to students in grades 6-12,
- requests for bus transportation for students new to the school,
- kindergarten registration of students,
- Students’ applications for specialty centers.
